I bought my mobile on **-Jan-****. Ear phone jack remained in my mobile which I was not able to take out. When I went for its removal to samsung service centre, it was closed for an undisclosed period and hence I got it removed from somewhere. Now my display is not working but samsung service centre says it will not be covered under warranty as it has already been opened from somewhere else. Is it ethical and legal to do so???
