i did a software update on the *nd January **** and after the software upgrade my phone had a pink line across the phone and also my network started fluctuating, i contacted Samsung service center and they said that the phone is out of warranty and i will have to bare the repair cost to change the display after which i sent an email to Samsung and they asked me to visit the service center and get a ticket created for repair, after getting the ticket created the support team made me wait for * whole week and then said the same thing that the phone is out of warranty and they cannot do anything .. as a customer why should i be penalized for the issue caused by Samsung after the software upgrade, hence my petition is that my phone is fixed by Samsung without any cost and also compensate me for the inconvenience caused to be
