I've bought samsung A** on April *, ****. Within one month there was a issue with its display. Got it replaced from one of your service center under warranty.
Now again in a month there's an issue with its motherboard. My phone is dead since July **th almost ** days. I've submitted it to a service center but I haven't got any callback or reply yet.
I have to call/ visit samsung executive everyday to take the follow up (by taking leaves from my work which is really frustrating). Also, the service center guys don't have professionalism to speak with the clients. customer care executives are really very rude and they lack professionalism.
Whats the use of purchasing a new phone, spending **K if it becomes dead every month. I either need refund or new device
