- Urgent Refund Due Treatment Cancelled Within 48 Hours EMI Deducted for No Service 32 Days Waiting Open

I had taken a loan of ₹**,*** through Bajaj Finserv for toothsi treatment on February *, ****. I cancelled the treatment within ** hours on February *, ****. Despite cancelling immediately, my first EMI of ₹*,*** was deducted on [*/*/****] for NO service received.
Toothsi confirmed refund initiation on February **, ****, but then claimed "Incorrect Bank Details" on February **. I immediately resubmitted correct bank details on March *, ****. On March *, ****, toothsi emailed me saying "payment initiated by accounts team" with expected credit in *-** business days.
Today is March *, **** - ** days since cancellation. I have NOT received any refund. No UTR number provided. No loan cancellation from Bajaj Finserv. My next EMI is due in ** days and I refuse to pay for service I never received.
Toothsi's own policy states refund within ** business days for **-hour cancellation. They have violated this.

RESOLUTION DEMANDED:
*. IMMEDIATE full refund of ₹**,*** with UTR number (within ** hours)
*. Refund of first EMI ₹*,*** paid for no service
*. Confirmation of loan cancellation sent to Bajaj Finserv
*. Compensation for mental harassment and **-day delay
