I have already filed complaint against this company. They arranged for free consultation and came and did free scan at home, they asked for rs *****, which I paid through emi. I later came to know they didn't inform me about the procedures to be performed beforehand. Before taking the money,any healthcare service should inform a patient properly about the side effects and the impact of the treatment. This treatment has the potential to cause bone and tooth loss and many other effects about which I was not informed. Lateral Cephalogram and Opg tests need to be conducted to assess state of my
bones. But it not was done, and they duped me into saying yes for sending aligners to production. And later when I asked for refund they were unresponsive. I don't want to lose my money to people who take healthcare so frivolously. I wish to get my money back and this company is prevented from cheating other customers.
