I had successfully referred multiple users under the Toothsi/makeO referral program more than * years ago. A total of ₹**,*** cashback is still showing as "Pending" in my wallet.
Their Terms & Conditions never mentioned any limit of * referrals or "selective marketing".
I have already filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline (Docket ID: ******* ) on **-Nov-**** and also sent a *-day legal notice via email on **-Nov-****.
Despite all this, the company not give any response to release the amount.
I request Voxya to help me get ₹**,*** (principal) + ₹**,*** (**% interest for more than * year ) + ₹**,*** (compensation for mental harrassment ) = ₹*,**,*** immediately.
