Hi I am shri Hosadu Annappa. I want to quit the classes for my son Hosadu Shailendra due to technical glitches while in class and practice classes. Also we never expected in online classes such huge number of students in basic level and performance classes. we faced many technical issues and did not complete the class. As we did not attended anyone class meaningfully, we want full refund of amount as promised by Mr. Harsha Vardhan at the time of joining. we raised multiple queires with the team and telephonically talked but till now they are not positively responded to my query. I lodged a compliant in consumer forum Grievance Number: ******* on **/**/**, they simply closed the compliant on **/**/** stating extra classes shall be provided as a good gesture. After that they never communicated to us regarding classes, they even not responding to our emails and calls.
