Subject: Urgent Refund Request – No Response from Your Team
Hello Team PlanetsPark,
I joined the PlanetsPark course for my daughter in November and December. However, I did not understand the classes properly. At the time of joining, your team clearly told me that if the classes were not understandable, I could discontinue or cancel anytime and I would not have to pay further.
I was also informed that the first installment would start in January, and I would receive an EMI message where I could either accept or decline the payment depending on whether I wanted to continue.
But later, I came to know from my bank that your company has already debited the full amount from my account directly. There was no option to decline any EMI, and the amount was deducted completely. We shared the OTP believing it would work like normal installments, but the entire payment was taken at once.
Now I am forced to pay the bank EMIs. My second EMI was deducted on *th February.
For the last two months, I have been continuously messaging and calling your team requesting to stop the course and process my refund. Unfortunately, no staff member is responding to my messages, emails, or calls. Even the person who gave the demo class is not replying.
This has caused me a complete financial loss and mental stress.
I request you to immediately cancel my course and provide my full refund as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be compelled to take further action and file a formal consumer complaint.
Please process my refund urgently.
