We have ordered marchandise worth rs. ****.** after ** days of placing the order and paying the money they are saying they just can't help it but they can only try to send the same in one month time. The customer support staff and the live chat staff both were clueless and unprofessional. Changing their own words every moment. Customer support staff was not well behaved and just stopped responding after a point. Had a horrible experience with this brand.
