Purchased a backpack from Bombay Trooper in the end of April **** and after four and a half months of use the backpack is torn from the bottom side and the colour of the backpack is faded surprisingly.
I asked for an exchange but it was denied instead they convinced for a repair work that I agreed to.
*rd Oct **** the pick up was arranged and exactly after one month and ** days the bag pack was delivered without any repair work.
They said it was beyond their capacity to repair the bagpack.
After paying an amount of Rs **** - **** the bagpack was torn, faded within * and a half month of usage in comparison with any local bag that would have been far better.
