I PURCHASED PRODUCT FROM SNAPMINT APPLICATION ( FROM AMAZON BRAND ) , ITS SHOWS ADD ITEM TO CART THEN BUY THEN IT SHOWS PAYMENT TAB IN AMAZON BUT THEN IMMEDIATELY IT OPENS SNAPMINT AND SHOWS PAYMENT OPTIONS , I CHOOSED * MONTHS EMI PLAN AND PAID ₹*** THEN IT SHOWS GOT ORDER STATUS GO TO BRAND APPLICATION AND CHECK ORDER DETAILS , I OPENED AMAZON BUT STILL NOT SHOWING ORDER DETAILS AND ALSO WHEN I CLICK ON MY ORDERS TAB IN SNAPMINT IT SHOWS GREEN TICK WITH ALL THE OPTIONS EXCEPT DOWNPAYMENT ( WHICH I ALREADY PAID THOUGH PAYMENT EVEN SHOWING IN NEW EMI DETAILS ) , IF I NEED TO WAIT THEN TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME OR IF ITS TECHNICAL ERROR THEN GIVE MY REFUND AND CANCEL EMI WITHOUT DECREASING MY CREDIT SCORE INSIDE THE SNAPMINT BECAUSE ITS NOT MY FAULT , SNAPMINT SUPPORT IS WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN BECAUSE NO REPLY OR CALL FROM SUPPORT AFTER CREATING SUPPORT TICKETS
