I purchased a samsung mobile on amazon on **/**/****. It showed display issue and i went to samsung authorized service centre on **/**/** and i was informed that as per IMEI details, the phone is a old phone and is out of warranty. I informed amazon on **/**/** and i received a mail asking me to wait for * working days. No resolution was provided by Amazon. I called again on **th December ****, to my surprise, again * days were provided for resolution. Complain no. is (TicketId: **d*afdb-*ad*-***b-****-c***f*ee***f)
