Fraudulent Trade Practice: Refusal to Cancel Order and Bouncing SupI am filing this complaint against Ditch the Guilt (Nepenthe Coffee and Chocolates Pvt Ltd) for Order #***** due to fraudulent trade practices and deficiency in service. Immediately after payment, I discovered that their official support email is invalid and bouncing, leaving me with no functional way to contact them. I formally requested a cancellation within two hours of order placement, which the merchant ignored. Instead, they attempted a forced shipment (Shadowfax AWB *****C**FB*****A*******B*F**BABA) only after I had already filed a government grievance (NCH Docket *******) and reported the transaction to Cashfree. I have explicitly refused this unauthorized shipment and demand an immediate full refund of my prepaid amount, as the merchant is acting in bad faith to circumvent consumer protection laws.port Email
