- Delaying and Refund not received after Flight cancel by Airline Closed

I booked my ticket through MAKEMYTRIP with Booking ID SN*AIX*H*********** from Riyadh to Mumbai on * March **** by SAUDIA Airlines. My confirmed Ticket for PNR ZDYDOL Passenger Mujahid Mumtazali Chougule. Direct flight was cancelled by Airlines, so I requested MAKEMYTRIP to raise a Full Refund Claim behalf of me for the same. MMakeMyTrip delaying my refund my full ticket price and everytime giving excuses that Airlines doesnot processed refund. Fot the same I have reached out to the Airlines and they have confirmed that from their side refund already sent to account of Polani Travels from UK, MMT Travels Partner from where they issued the ticket on **th of Feb. But when I confronted MakeMyTrip they keep saying that still they are waiting to processes refund from Airline. They are lying and bluffing, customer care representative are also not cooperative. Due to theirs demeanor unprofessional behavior, I am under going Unduly distressed.Looking for intervention in this matter to provide quick resolution.
