Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my confirmed hotel reservation at your property for the following details:

Check-out Date: ** December ****
Number of Nights: * Nights
Unfortunately, I am compelled to cancel this booking due to massive flight disruptions caused by IndiGo Airlines over the last few days. Thousands of flights have been cancelled or severely delayed because of operational and technical issues at IndiGo, creating complete travel chaos across the country. As my onward travel to Goa was booked with IndiGo, it has now become impossible for me to reach Goa on the scheduled date, or during my planned stay period.
Given that this cancellation is entirely due to unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances beyond my control (widespread airline disruption), I kindly requested Make My trip to waive any cancellation charges and process a full refund of the amount paid or release the reservation without penalty, as per the force majeure/flexible cancellation policy that most hotels are extending in light of the current IndiGo crisis.
I would greatly appreciate your understanding and immediate assistance in processing this cancellation and refund at earliest. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my end. I have raised the issue several times but there is no resolution till now causing me mental harassment and at risk of financial loss too.
