I have cancelled my bookings from Gotogate and they have issued me a coupon code for **% of value. However when I have tried to utilize that code, it was not valid. After following up on chat discussion, came to know that some one else has already utilized it. It was shock for me. I followed up multiple times and after thourough investigation, I have received a call from gotogate agent that mistake is from their side and they will issue new coupon code asap. However I have not received any response even after waiting for one week. I have tried to reach them over email and call but no response. Customer care no desnt accept inputs or do not have any provision. Unable to connect with agent.
