I am to receive **** euros for flight cancellations which the airline has refunded fully (visible on their website). However, Booking.com has only refunded *** euros. I have contacted them multiple times regarding this issue and every single time I need to repeat the issue. They do not seem to make notes on this case and continously provide false reassurance that the issue has been escalated and they will contact me within ** hours. * weeks later and the issue has still not been resolved, no one has contacted me regarding the status and the support team still does not have any note regarding the issue as I have to explain the whole thing every single time.
