We ahd booked via booking.com for a place called Manori Beach View. Upon reaching the destination, the owner said that it was not booked and were refused entry. We called up OYO as they were the middle men they tried helping us but about the money that we had to recover they asked to contact booking.com but booking.com has no contact number or customer support in place.
