On **th Mar, i had sold my car to Spinny, they have hold my payment of Rs *****. Out of which Rs ***** against the challan & Rs ***** against the transfer of RC. For Rs ***** they have give me the time of ** days to settle my challan (the last date of was **th mar) but they had auto deduct my amount of Rs ***** on **rd Mar without informing or taking my consent & on the other side i had also paid my challan of same amount. Now i want my money back from spinny, they are not responding & misbehaving with me.
