I am writing this mail to bring your attention on urgent matter . I had taken appointment from Spinny application for inspection and valuation of my Swift VDI Car no HR**AP - **** .
On **th July morning at *.** am Engg from Spinny Jatinder Singh Kharoud having phone no *****-***** came for inspection . During car inspection he raised the RPM **** + in standing mode which led to car engine got damaged ( piston and head of car ) . My car never engine never opened in past and it was in very good condition
I have also eye witness for all this incidence happened on that day .Now, as my car mechanic total repair charges cost would be *****/- around but car performance will not like before as it was .
