*am extremely frustrated and exhausted dealing with the way my return requests have been handled by Zara.
For my first order, I received the wrong pair of heels. I raised a return request immediately, but it took around * months of constant follow-ups (calls, chats, emails) just to get the item picked up.
After that, I was told the correct product had been dispatched. Instead, you sent back the same item that was picked up-and in a damaged condition. This is completely unacceptable.
