I ordered the Philips Advanced KeraShine Straightener BHS***/** (ThermoProtect Technology, * LED temperature settings, frizz-free shiny smooth hair – Pink) listed at ₹*,*** on the website.
However, I received a different and cheaper model — Philips BHS***/**, which has an MRP tag of ₹*,***.
This clearly violates two rules:
The product delivered is not the one I ordered.
I was charged more than the MRP printed on the product.
