​While the Dafabet platform incorrectly lists the transaction as "Successful," the funds have not been credited to my bank account. It has now been ** days, which is far beyond the *-day service window promised by the platform.
​Key Issues:
​Lack of UTR: My bank requires a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) to track the payment. Dafabet has failed to provide this despite my repeated requests.
​Support Failure: I have shared my bank statements proving that the money was never received, but the support team has provided no technical proof of the transfer or a timeline for resolution.
​Misleading Status: The "Successful" status on the portal is factually incorrect, as the banking reconciliation shows no such deposit.
