Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that one in number IFB Washing Machine¸ Model No - IFB WM Executive ZXM Mocha *.* Kg WDR, Serial No - UND***/PR ****, was purchased by me on **-**-** vide Invoice No - UGD-B-*******.
Would like to inform you that since purchase of Washing machine I have experienced several issues with its performance and it has been malfunctioning since beginning, other then Washing machine body and washing drum all parts of Washing machine are replaced *-* times within warranty.
On other hand machine is not functioning according to the features given and does not clean clothes effectively. Additionally, machine produces a loud nice with vibration.
Would like to inform you that a complain through IFB Customer care was lodged on **-*-**, Complain No is - **********, which was reopened and is still pending. I have attempted to resolve the issue by contacting IFB Customer care several times but till date I have not received any positive response.
I would like to inform you that IFB has done fraud with us on **-**-** by replacing main control PCB with Lower model PCB, half of the functions are not given in the replaced PCB.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of IFB products, as per IFB Technicians said model is having some manufacture issue and they too are receiving complain from other clients also for the said model. We requested IFB customer care and their Noida team to replace said model, they were always giving us assurance that, during next time if you will face any problem in the Washing machine we will get it replaced.
It is requested to please get my existing model Washing machine replace with other model washing machine of same feature or please get my money refund. Copy of Invoice is attached.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality and level of service being received from IFB within warranty.
