I had *** as my wallet balance in OtIpy. It suddenly ceased operations without notice. I contacted customer care on whatsapp . They said money will come in **-** days. It has been months now. I have not received my hard earned money. This makes me uncomfortable with wallet system in India. Companies are not held liable to pay back what is not theirs. I have suffered mentally and financially for their fraud . I want my money back with interest
