- Urgent Refund Not Received for Cancelled SpiceJet Flights Total Closed

Dear Goibibo Team,
I am writing to request an urgent resolution regarding my flight bookings made on ** October from Mumbai to Varanasi (SpiceJet) for travel on ** October.
The tickets were booked for my colleague using my friend’s ID.
Issue Details:
The Mumbai to Varanasi flight on ** October was cancelled by SpiceJet.
SpiceJet has already shared an email confirming that the refund has been processed to Goibibo.
However, I have not received any refund from Goibibo till now.
Additional Loss:
Since I could not reach Varanasi due to the cancelled onward flight, my return journey on ** October also got cancelled automatically.
This return ticket shows zero refund value, which has caused additional financial loss.
Refund Requested:
I kindly request Goibibo to refund the total amount of ₹**,***, covering:
The cancelled onward journey (Mumbai → Varanasi)
The unused return journey (Varanasi → Mumbai), as it could not be availed due to the first flight cancellation
Please process the refund at the earliest and share the confirmation.
