I am filing this complaint against Black Gym, Kharghar, for Unfair Trade Practices and Deficiency in Service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

*. Misleading Advertisement: The gym promoted a "No Questions Asked" **** INR refundable pre-booking offer starting Nov ****.
*. Breach of Timeline: I was promised a New Year opening. The gym remained under construction for *+ months, effectively using my deposit as an interest-free loan for their infrastructure.
*. Unilateral Change of Terms: On Feb **, they suddenly messaged stating refunds were only valid until Feb ** (Grand Opening). They then restricted the refund window to a specific *-hour period on Feb **.
*. Refusal to Refund: As I could not attend the specific *-hour window they arbitrarily created, they are now refusing my refund, claiming it is "against policy."

A business cannot unilaterally change refund terms after taking a deposit. I am seeking a full refund of my ₹*,*** and have already begun organizing other affected residents for collective legal action.
