**** ജൂലായ് ** ന് കോഴിക്കോട് മുതൽ ഡൽഹിയിലേക്ക് ബുക്കിംഗ് ഐഡി എൻ എഫ് ************** പ്രകാരം യാത്രയ്ക്കായി രണ്ടുദിവസം ഇൻഡിഗോ വിമാന ടിക്കറ്റുകൾ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു. ഉപഭോക്തൃ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി ധാരാളം കോളുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും, മഅ്മൈട്രിപ് അധിക ഉപയോക്തൃ വികസന ഫീസ് മടക്കിനൽകുന്നില്ല. അവർ ഇൻഡിഗോയെ വിളിക്കാനും ഞാൻ ചെയ്തിരുന്ന Makemytrip- ന്റെ റീഫണ്ട് ആരംഭിക്കാനും അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. അവർ പണം ലഭിച്ചതായി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു, തുടർന്ന് എന്റെ ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് അടുത്ത കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യും. എന്നാൽ ഇത്തരമൊരു നടപടി നടന്നിട്ടില്ല.
