Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding my stay at Hotel Mahabir Sheraton, Puri, against Booking ID: NH**************, dated **/**/****.
I arrived at the hotel with my family at around *:** AM, however, the reception staff informed me to wait until *:** AM. As I was travelling with my family, I informed them that I would return in the evening and requested that the room be kept ready.
When I returned to the hotel at around *:** PM, the room was finally allotted. Unfortunately, even at that time, the room was not properly prepared. Basic amenities such as towels and clothes hangers were missing, and room service was extremely delayed. Due to these issues, my family and I faced significant inconvenience and discomfort.
Such service standards are unacceptable, especially when travelling with family, and this experience caused us a lot of mental stress and dissatisfaction.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
