- Too much delay in repairing the bike without any valid response ^Closed

I purchased an Aprilia motorcycle and have been facing continuous delays and lack of proper response from the authorized service center regarding necessary repairs.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the service center has failed to repair the bike within a reasonable time and has not provided any clear explanation, timeline, or resolution. This has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental stress.

The vehicle has been unusable for an extended period, and I am being forced to bear the consequences of poor service and negligence. The company has also failed to respond adequately to my complaint filed through the consumer portal.

This behavior amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

I request the following:

*. Immediate repair or replacement of the defective parts/vehicle
*. Compensation for the delay, inconvenience, and financial loss (₹**,***)
*. A clear explanation for the delay and assurance of proper service in the future

If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings through the Consumer Court without further notice.
