Dear Sir,
On **.**.****, I purchased a SAMSUNG ** UHD SMART NEO QLED **QN*** TV from Reliance Retail Limited in Coimbatore for Rs. *,**,***. Samsung's technician installed the wall mount. The technician fixed * screws in one wall mount bracket and * screws in another bracket without considering the length and weight of the TV, which I was not aware of at the time of installation. The wall mount's hook was not fully inserted when our TV was installed since it was too close to the wall. There was not a fixed TV wall mount stand. The wall mount is also in rotating condition. Between the TV and the wall, there is not enough space. No fixed holder or stand exists. We received the wall mount equipment along with the TV rather than buying it separately. No suitable methods of support frame preparation were used when using the installation of the TV model. The screw is not adequately tightened.
The USB cable is fixed to the back of the TV in the model or design, which is a few centimeters from the edge of the TV. How can one install or use a USB when there is no space at the back of the TV? Why didn't the technician leave a gap between the TV and the wall while he was installing it? Otherwise, you'll need to supply a separate USB port or mount the TV's bottom. Therefore, the product's design or model is the sole cause of its failure. On August **, ****, when I was trying to put a pen drive into my TV's USB port, the mounting system hook began to shake because it was rotating, which caused the TV to fall. The panel is now inoperable, and the incident itself has raised concerns about the safety and design of the product.
I'm writing to you now as a dissatisfied and worried client who just had a traumatic experience with my Samsung TV.
Pictures of the damage's extent and the wall mounting's inadequate support for the TV are included in the attachments. I am quite disappointed and frightened about this experience, especially because the design issue/ wall mount installation only caused damage but also puts people at risk, especially children and the elderly who might met an accident while connecting / using USB port with the TV.I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter.
In order to get my SAMSUNG ** UHD SMART NEO QLED **QN*** TV back to working properly under warranty, I first ask for a rapid panel replacement. In order to avoid similar accidents in the future and to guarantee the safety of your consumers, I implore you to perform a complete assessment of the TV's design and the associated wall mounting method.
I feel that your prompt and successful response to this circumstance will further uphold Samsung's reputation for customer happiness and product quality. I eagerly anticipate your response to this matter and your promise to enhance the functionality and security of your goods.I kindly ask that you support the panel replacement at your own expense; otherwise, I will file a lawsuit against you in the proper court and publish a notice on the major TV networks regarding the product's and wall mount system's design.The images are attached for your inspection..
