Round-trip flight tickets for *st Nov - *nd Nov '** were booked through Cleatrip. Ticket was cancelled by airlines, and the application showed the refund as initiated and to be completed by *-*th Nov. After more than a month, till date (**th Dec), no refund has been processed, even after a follow-up call on **th of December.
