Hi team,
I have received an email from from Qnet India on **th December **** stating the refund process is completed and the refund will hit your bank in ** working days.
Yet, I haven't received the amount.
It's a mental torture to me. i can't sleep well and I going through anxiety.
It's worrying me whether the company will refund or not as the time frame mentioned on the email is surpassed.
It's more than ** working days and the refund is yet not credited to my account by company.
