Recently, on **rd August around * PM, I got tricked and manipulated into enrolling into a MLM network and also buying products amounting to ** lakhs from QNET {Vihaan India Pvt Ltd}. The uplines / distributors never mentioned the company name until the day of agreement signing. They even arranged a loan for ** lakhs in my name to aid the process. They even claimed that the money "invested" goes for global business rights, virtual office, and sole proprietorship registration. The same day night, after figuring out that I have been scammed, I met the uplines right away and placed a refund request for the order placed.
Speaking about QNET {Vihaan India Pvt Ltd.} side, I have raised the refund on the same day of order (Friday **rd August) placement, I was able to reach out to company customer care only on Monday due to weekends, and I got a mail stating the refund is in progress on Monday evening. Until then, till today (** August ****), I haven't received any updates on the refund status. They keep on claiming the refund team is yet to proceed with "Product verification" phase, However there is no need for the delay as the product status was updated by themselves as it was never shipped due to the refund request.
My current bank loan regarding this is in progress, and I cannot afford any delay with the refund.
I have mentioned my situation with the QNET support team, they now are aware of the issue and informed us that they have escalated this issue and have this at priority. Though, there are no replies the entire week.
I am raising this concern here because of the previous fraudulent cases filed for similar scams and issues against the company and their very delayed refund process. So I can't afford any delay in refund or any other unexpected outcomes.
Kindly help with my issue, I want to send a legal notice to the company for their refund delay. I need my refund as soon as possible.
