I ordered a bed from wakefit which got delivered on on ** may, and it was clearly stated that the installation would be completed within * days. However, despite multiple follow-ups via phone calls and emails, no one has come for the installation yet. Each time I call, I am assured that someone will contact me by the end of the day, but I have yet to receive any call. Additionally, an email response advised me to wait ** hours for resolution, which has also passed without any update.
This delay of * month has caused significant inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and accountability.
