Registration number TN**BQ**** kia sonet D*.* imt HTK Plus regarding DPF related issue, car went to car service station date on **-**-**** regarding parts replacement service and there is no change or update on the parts replacement till **th July.
If it is * or * days it's fine for everyone for a parts replacement where there kia plant in Anantapur, india.
Do they need more than ** days to manufacture a product?
if the parts are there in your centre, you would have replaced the parts in a day and my car would be ready by **th July
Why should I have to pay EMI if my car is standing idle in the service centres without replacement parts. and everyday I'm going by cab/ train since the car is standing idle in service centre
I'm worrying about the quality of the parts where parts are needed to be replaced within a year.
Is this the product quality of KIA?
Mentally and financially I'm lost for the last ** days where kia is fully responsible for it.
Even I'm not getting real time updates from Kia
