Dear Sir / Madam,

I had applied for corrections in my existing pan card (COAPS****C) with UTITSL. My surname was mentioned as SIRSAWAR and the correct one is SIRASWAR. I filled an application online form and paid Rs. *** and sent all the documents with application form to Thane Address. When I checked the status it shows Objection marked - [ FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA ]. Then i dropped an email to them on utiitsl.gsd@utiitsl.com that my father name is Ramesh and same is mentioned in ITD as well as in Pan card. I want to change the spelling of my surname. But they are not understanding and sending the same mail again and again that your father name is mismatched. Yesterday I have sent an application with my signature along with the mark sheet where my surname mentioned correctly. Then again they sent a same mail that your father name is mismatched. Each and every time they sent me a same mail with same wordings. I called today on ***-******** and spoke to Mr. Sourav Kumar Das, he said that board certificate you have sent is not acceptable. The reason gave him is that in board certificate your surname mentioed first then your name mentioned second and then your father name mentioned (Like this SIRASWAR BHUSHAN RAMESH) I said the certificate received form board and this is thier terms so he said I want your name should be first and then your father name and then your surname. I said please give me this on mail so he denied and said we are not giving any thing on mail and this is UTI requirement. I said you have to follow the ITD guidelines and then he said no we only follow UTI guidelines. I really want to understand that from you that is there any such rule?. Please help me in this matter as i really fed up with UTITSL. Every time I dropped an email to them that I have sent all the documents they sent the same mail that we need below documents. They are not sending that what they want exactly.
