had ordered the product on **nd august ****, through xank.in i have also attached the pics of my order details. I called customer care team of xank.in they are saying that my phone number is not registered with them but in the screenshot it’s clearly seen that my primary information is there with them. While buying this product i had made an online transaction i have also sent a receipt of the transaction of the online transaction. Till date from **nd of august **** i haven’t got any of the dispatch details of the product.
Kindly do the needful asap
