Hi this is Mehak Yadav,
I placed an order on the savana app on ** April ****. It has been over ** thirteen days and I still haven't gotten any delivery for the product that I have ordered. They made two attempts to deliver my order and still I didn't receive my order. I called the delivery guy multiple times on the day of the delivery and he didn't pickup. Today I called him again and he said there are no delivery guys allotted in my area so I have to cancel my order and reorder it but my order is already prepaid, I can't take the risk again. It has been three days and the delivery partner doesn't make any re-attempt to make any delivery to deliver my order. When I am tracking my order on the delivery partner or shadowfax website It says they will re-attemp tomorrow but it has three days It's shown the same and doesn't made any progress or update. It's a very inconvenient and frustrating thing.
