On *nd September, ****, I ordered two pairs of shoes and two pairs of socks from Onitsuka Tiger India. This is their website https://www.onitsukatiger.com/in/en-in/shop. It is listed as Order ID: *******. I have had no news on this whatsoever. My account page however shows that it was shipped on **/**/****. Every time I write an email to them, they send back a response saying inconvenience is regretted and they will soon send the shipment. This is completely contrary to their promise of shipping within ** working hours for all prepaid orders. They have a toll free number @ ********** where you can leave a voice complaint, but you can't talk to a living person. There is a sense of fraudulence to what is happening with me. When I call their retail shops, they are unable to help me. Would be really grateful for any help I could get from Voxya.
