This is Rajesh Gandhi. A NRI from USA
I bought steam iron from Vlevazaar of make Black & Decker ****w steam iron.cost ₹.****.** Received on Jan **,****. . They receive ****.** after discount. Then shipped me cheap quality Usha ****w iron which is cost about ₹****..After lot of correspondsnt and telephone they accepted return and shipped back to Vlebazaar on Jan **,****.
I started requesting refund but my effort to catch them by phone or whatsapp message or FB messanger in vain. But on one day I cought them they ask me to send UPI ID to refund my amount. I provided upi ID but they refund me my money ₹****.** in wallet. Now nobody answer me. Please help me to get my fund in my bank acciunt. I appreciate.
