I purchased a hair band from the jewellery brand called Kanyaadhan ( this product: https://www.kanyaadhan.com/collections/madhurima/products/eesha-hair-accessories)
the day I recevied it I sent them a text sahring the product is falling off my head while just standing which is should not, and they ignored my issues trying to share how to tie it down, the website has no description of the product, does not show the front at all. I also shared with them images on whatsapp on how the hair band has different colour stones and then the entire back has different, to which they said is how they designed and adds more unique look to it - which again is not mentioned on the website. I showed them a video of taking out the headband and it leaves behind one GHUNGROO in the plastic bag, making me feel more might come off later and they ignored this too. I shipped the product back to them via speedy courier spending INR *** on FedEx courier. And they did not received this for weeks because they said they are close for EID till **TH MARCH. TODAY IS * APRIL, they have no once tried to reach me to say they received the product, or offer any form of resolution to me. I had ordered this for my brothers wedding functions, ** march-* April were his wedding functions. I have wedding card, and photos to prove this as well. When I checked with them today they started showing attitude over whatsapp saying they get * order per hour of this product with no issues, so I should not say I have an issue either. Not once they said they will replace the product or send me something else I can buy. Now they have my money of INR **** and the product, they have so far not responded once on email, and weeks go by before they communicate at all. They keep saying we do not refund, and yet offer no other resolution or exchange even. When the purpose for which I was buying is over now, the wedding, I do not understand why I would still want an product from them who are not even listening and do not communicate with me. Their lack of administration handling should not fall on customers to handle. I am now out of money, they are saying things with an attitude with no resolution and I have no other option left but to file a case. All I need is my money back. Thats all. All legal fees I am required to pay if needed, should also be part of the amount of loss from this incident cost.
