I am writing to express my concern regarding my order of T-shirts worth Rs. ***, for which I made a prepaid payment. It has now been over ** days since I placed the order, and I have still not received any update or delivery.
I have tried reaching out multiple times through email, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Additionally, your customer care number is either continuously busy or switched off, making it impossible to get in touch with your support team.
This lack of communication and delay in delivery is extremely disappointing. Moreover, the refund policy mentioned on your platform is unclear and does not provide proper guidance in such situations.
