On **th March I order for *** rupees and I applied for cash on delivery that is every agent just said it is not available and you have to be through upi as he was denying to give my order I just paid him on upi he said that transaction has not reflected so you have to give me and cash on delivery I said I have already given you the money and the money from my account is deducted he was denying to again give me my order and said the money that is deducted from your account and has not reflected will come back to your account within ** hours but then to I did not receive any money it's been ** hours and I just paid double to swiggy I email the entire situation and the screenshot with the delivery agents and the transaction details order ID it's be one week now it has no answer to my any of the transactions or refund.
