an ac bus ticket was booked through goibibo and on reaching the bus station, i was told that ac bus will not be there and to contact goibibo for the cancellation.I contacted goibibo and demanded a cancellation with an explanation for the problem to which, there was no reply.I was told hat the cancellation has been done and refund will be processed in ** days but till date have not received the refund
