Dear Country delight Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing delivery issues I have been facing with my orders placed over the past ** days. No single delivery attempted in ** days, and every time I contact support, I am informed that a refund will be processed. However, I have not received any refund so far, nor has the merchandise been delivered. It seems that Country Delight is showing no interest in fulfilling their commitment/order.

Each time, support adds a vacation on their end in my application and closes my ticket without any resolution. This irresponsible behavior reflects poorly on your company and indicates a lack of professionalism. Today, the situation worsened when I received an order placed through another number, while the one causing me trouble for the past ** days was deemed unserviceable by the seller support team. Is it possible that this area is truly unserviceable, or is your team lacking information, or worse, deliberately misleading customers?

This consistent unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and it is hindering your growth potential. After being frustrated by these repeated incidents, I am left with no choice but to address this matter via email. I urge you to look into this issue promptly and rectify the situation.
