I brought an owner Nobroker subscription "Relax" in order to rent out my property in Thane. When I enrolled to the free service, I was told by the Nobroker sales agent that there are many leads in my area of Tenants that are matching my flat requirement. The moment I bought the pack I was given the relationship manager too to find the leads. But that manager too didn't able to help. The agent was disconnecting the calls continuously. After two days my advertisement became inactive. Since then it's been more than five days, no response from anyone in the Nobroker team. Everyday I try to connect them for the solution but no answers. They disconnect the calls and this leads to my loss of days of the subscription pack.
