Hi,
My name is Harish. I have an account with mobikwik. The mobile number registered with mobikwik is **********.
I have added an amount of inr ***** in to the App. When I am trying to make the credit card bill payment or trying to transfer the amount, it says kyc required. I have tried to input the aadhar number and verify but it says "Service currently unavailable." MY inr **** is stuck in the app and I am unable to do anything as such.
I have reported the issue to their customer service numerous times on this and I did not get any update nor a call from them.
I have tried to get to the kyc centers at my place but no avail.
Please help me on this.
