Order placed and not delivered. Customer service has no clue. Order cancelled without any explanation... Money not refunded... Escalation mails not responded to ... Escalation desk eventually calls and commits a voucher for the bad treatment but the voucher turns out to be for a measly ** bucks against the promised ***... And the list goes on... Worse the chief manager doesn't seem it important to respond to complaints even after * weeks... additionally refund not done for cancelled order and customer service says it's already done
