- Fake Job Scam In Europe ^Open

The following individuals, claiming to be executives of the above firm, are involved in this fraudulent activity:

Sir/Madam, I was approached by the above-mentioned persons with an offer of a job opportunity in the Netherlands. They assured me of a position as Assistant Manager with a monthly salary of Euro *,*** along with food, accommodation, and transportation facilities. They also stated that the job would be under a valid *-year work permit visa with extendable of another *years.

They initially demanded a payment of Rs. **,***/- as a processing fee, including lawyer charges, and assured that the remaining amount of Rs. *,**,***/- would be deducted from my monthly salary in installments (**% to **%). Trusting their representation, I paid Rs. **,***/-.

However, after issuing a so-called offer letter, they further demanded an additional Rs. **,***/- for visa processing. This raised serious suspicion, as visa fees are typically paid directly to the Netherlands Embassy, and not to private agents. Moreover, this additional charge was never disclosed at the time of initial consultation.

Upon closely reviewing the offer letter, I found that:

- There is no official company email ID mentioned
- No website address is provided
- No verifiable contact details of the employer are available

When I questioned them regarding these discrepancies, they started avoiding my calls and failed to provide satisfactory responses.

Further, I checked online reviews and found multiple complaints from other victims, indicating that this firm is involved in similar fraudulent activities, targeting innocent job seekers and collecting money through false promises.

I am attaching herewith all relevant documents, including proof of payment of Rs. **,***/-, offer letter, and communication records for your reference.
